Meet the Teacher
My name is Amy Belello. I am so thrilled to have you in my class this year. I hope you are ready to learn a lot of new and exciting things. We will be working really hard this year.
I was born in Anaheim, California but grew up and lived in Huntington Beach, California. I have two siblings, a brother (Kyle) and sister (Hayley), both younger than me. I met my husband Tony Belello at Dwyer Middle School. We were married in 2002. We moved to Irvine, California, where I finished my degree in education at Concordia University. After graduation I began the credential program also through Concordia University, while also substituting in two of Orange County’s public school districts.
I have been so blessed to be the kindergarten teacher at Saint Anne’s Catholic School. The school community has been amazing. This will be my thirteenth year teaching. I have learned quite a few things along the way. (•‿•)
My husband Tony and I have two children, Collette and Brendan. Both have completely different personalities, and I love the energy they bring to my days. They definitely keep me on my toes. We live in Rancho Santa Margarita with our dog Lexi. Our family loves to go on walks to the park and bike rides. I am so excited to be your teacher this year. I look forward to see your smiling face each morning.
