Academic Decathlon

Each year Saint Anne School takes part in the diocesan Academic Decathlon Competition for Grades 6-8.   Ten students work from October to March to learn the material in these subject areas:  Religion, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Fine Arts, Literature, Language Arts and Current Events.  There is also a section testing students on Logic and Super Quiz.  The Super Quiz will be the main area of focus by our team this coming year.  Each year we have placed 5th, just one place below the medal levels.

The purpose of the Academic Decathlon is to challenge our better students so that they grow intellectually and learn to work as a team representing their school.
